MTC

An ambitious project conceived directly by the Minerali team as an intermediate solution between laboratory and industrial testing, in order to be able to offer the customer a solution that meets specific industrial requirements.

The centre continuously reproduces numerous wet and dry industrial treatment processes on a small scale and is, therefore, able to perform reliable tests aimed at optimizing plant choices.

crushing and screening area
dry treatment area
wet treatment area

Following the preliminary laboratory test, which is, in any case, useful for setting the operating parameters of the MTC, the MTC performs the test and concludes with an MTC Test Report, which includes an analysis of the raw materials and intermediate and final product results, as well as the calculation of yields, energy costs per tonne and capacity for each process. It also provides a plant construction plan and an approximate indication of costs (both CapEx and OpEx).

Thanks to MTC, MIE is able to provide the customer with complete all-round support at all stages of the decision-making process and can build a fully customized plant to individual requirements thanks to its experience in the mining machinery sector.

Central Laboratory

supporting mining activity in all its phases: geological research and extraction, industrial testing, production analysis and new product development.

The Technological Laboratory has a wide range of instrumentation to perform characterization tests on industrial minerals such as quartz sands, feldspathic sands, quartz, kaolin, clay and olivine, and to simulate various industrial treatments.

Thanks to the specialization and experience of its laboratory, Minerali Industriali Engineering can interact effectively with its customers, quickly satisfying their requests.
