Il crusher mill MSC, has been designed to crush large pieces of raw materials (clay, kaolin, feldspar, etc..) with inlet dimensions between 500-600mm and outlet dimensions between 60-75mm.
The main purpose of the Crusher that of reducing the material to make it suitable for the subsequent stages of primary grinding, dosing, iron removal, etc.
Consisting of a thick carbon steel frame lined internally with adjustable armours applied with anti-wear material, a rotor complete with hammers in a special alloy and two clod breakers (beating masses) which can also be adjusted using regulating pads according to the size of the entrance.
La crushing takes place in an "open cycle" due to the combined action of the "direct" percussion of the material which enters at low speed and impacts with the clod breakers and rotor hammers and the "indirect" one which occurs subsequently with the slamming of the fragments against the armor plates of the carcass.
For this reason the crusher mill MSC it guarantees high productions and relatively low wear compared to similar pre-crushing mills.
