The material is fed continuously through the loading mouth and is automatically distributed on the surface of the rotor inside the grinding chamber.
The crushing takes place between the hammers fixed on the rotor and the strips applied in the circular shells. Both hammers and battens are adjustable.
The grinding chamber is completely lined with anti-wear armours. If necessary, a material selection grid can be applied in the lower part of the mill before the outlet.
The entire mill is completely mounted on a supporting structure and can be fully inspected through completely removable safety doors to facilitate all maintenance and cleaning operations.
The machine consists of:

Supports with SKF bearings.
All fixed in a very thick AISI 304 steel structure mounted on Silent blocks to reduce transmitted vibrations and noise. The machine is entirely built in AISI 304 steel and the hard material inserts are made according to a specific internally developed metallurgical composition, the duration of which has been confirmed by years of experience in the field.

The motor can be controlled by an INVERTER which allows to govern the granulometry with maximum precision.
Maintainability and cleaning:
The anchoring system of the main door of the mill is guaranteed by a series of M24 threaded bars in chromed steel, hinged to the upper part of the casing.
This system guarantees a rapid opening and closing procedure of the hatch to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the grinding parts.
Each panel can be individually disassembled to facilitate maintenance and inspections and allow complete washing of the grinding bodies.
