The new MS Iron Removers series N, has been appropriately designed to remove ferrous particles non-stop from a constant, free-falling (gravitational) flow of product.
The machine is composed of permanent magnet bars which are offered, according to the client’s requirements, in the ferrite or neodymium versions, arranged in two or four rows.
The permanent magnets which compose the bars have the following features:
Ferrite permanent magnets:

Neodymium permanent magnets:

The machine also comprises:

2 or 4 self-lubricating double-acting pneumatic cylinders located within the machine structure for cleaning and guiding the movement of the bar;

2 guiding and aligning cylinders for the cleaning plate;
-
1 ferrous material discharge hopper;
-
1electro-pneumatic board fitted with one or two timers, solenoid valves and a compressed air treatment system.
On request, the board and electrical connections can be IP65.
The gap for passage of the deferrized material can be 300x300 or 300x450.
MS Iron Removers are offered in many sizes according to the customer’s requirements. They can be made of carbon or stainless steel and can be used in the foodstuffs industry, as long as the parts coming into contact with the material are treated with epoxy paint.
Actual capacity: from 15 to 50 tons of material per hour.
