ANOTHER SUPPLY OF MAXI-PIG MILLS TO THE BRIQUETERIE DE LA TAFNA

Briqueterie de la Tafna, the largest Algerian brick manufacturer and long-standing customer of M&S, has commissioned yet another supply of hammer mills. To be precise, these are four MAXI-PIG mills which are added to the existing five in the plant (four MAXI-PIGs and one PIG-B).

Thanks to M&S technology, the plant in question is able to treat extremely hard clays with a strong presence of stones and with an input humidity of 12% and despite this, manage to have a daily production of 3000 tonnes equal to a quantity of 1.000.000 ,XNUMX fast drying bricks per day.

MS CONSOLIDATES ITS PRESENCE IN VIETNAM IN THE BRICK SECTOR

In mid-2011, an important Cotto Fiorentino brick production plant designed and built by Manfredini & Schianchi will come into operation in Vietnam at BAC GIANG STAR JSC - part of the TAXUCO Group.

This project will have to treat a mixture made up of 95% of two different types of local clays and 5% of aggregates and waste, all with an input humidity of 12% and the final production will be 20t/h, equal to 3.000.000. XNUMX square meters of Cotto per year.

This will be the first of a series of plants that the Vietnamese company will build both in Vietnam and in neighboring countries, through the fruitful collaboration of Manfredini and Schianchi.

CERAMICA SAN LORENZO APPROVES THE M&S DRY TECHNOLOGY FOR PREPARING RAW MATERIALS IN PERU

San Lorenzo ceramic

The renowned Latin American group San Lorenzo ceramic tile manufacturer with factories in various countries has always shown an intelligent approach to new technologies with an open relationship towards all possible interlocutors.

One of the latest production sites created by CSL in Peru, a country experiencing rapid economic expansion together with Brazil and Colombia, is characterized by exceptional efficiency in the South American panorama.

With over 90% first choice and a cooking cycle of just 30 minutes, the dry preparation system supplied by M&S provides a decidedly homogeneous mixture of local raw materials with constant parameters at the subsequent stages of the production process. The 120 pieces/minute flow quickly on the glazing line with 4 consecutive screen prints.

The 150 meter jumbo kiln guarantees a daily production of 16.000 m2 of tiles with astonishing data in terms of mechanical resistance equal to 300 kg/cm2 and an absorption of less than 6%.

San Lorenzo ceramic Peru is a milestone in terms of quality and efficiency in cost containment and this places it in a very important position in the panorama of factories traditionally conceived in the Andean region.

How much does M&S technology cost? The economic return is immediate.

50 years of experience in customized dry systems are synonymous with safety and reliability.
