M&S COLLOBORATES WITH PICCININI PLANT
|
Manfredini and Schianchi has recently concluded a commercial agreement with Piccinini Plant for the supply of a complete system of Raw materials preparation for the production of bricks, at the Inkeram company (Russia). The plant has a production capacity of 32 ton/hour. The raw materials are first dried through a state of the art latest generation revolving dryer; then successively they are treated through a 'Drytech' M&S system, being grinded with hammer mills, type Maxi-PIG and PIG/A-finishers, and finally they are selected and dampened.
This system has the peculiarity to have a flexible operation that allows for the differences in various climatic conditions, especially when it is less critical to operate without the dryer, thanks to the tested reheating systems of the mills and the assessments that allow the toleration of high levels of humidity. This type of flexibility and the other production is done so that the costs of transformation result in an extremely advantageous position in respect to the other systems of Raw materials preparation. logy of Dry Body Preparation Technique PPFV-CDP.

MUNDO CERAMICS ELECTS M&S AS SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR FOR 2006
|

|
It is with immense satisfaction that the May issue of the highly read Brazilian magazine “Mundo Ceramico” has elected M&S as the best supplier of the year 2006, in the sector 'Preparaçao de massa' (Raw materials preparation).
The classification elected M&S with 41% of the votes, Enplic with 31% and Sacmi with 15%; while LB is located in last place with 13% of the votes.
This deals with an important recognition for M&S, because Mundo Ceramico, assigns the points of this special classification from the votes that the Brazilian ceramic managers decide upon after having completed on a questionnaire attached to the magazine.
For M&S, Brazil is a strategic market from the perspective of the ceramic tiles sector, where the metal press for the “dry method” makes the company the owners of this superior technology in respect to the 'dry method'.
This is demonstrated by the fact that M&S has supplied, in its 12 years of presence in Brazil, more than 30 plants of raw materials preparation, becoming in all effects the business leader of the sector.

M&S AND CERIC TOGETHER IN MEXICO
|
Ceric and M&S, started their collaboration in January 2006, in Plant Design Synergy. In fact, M&S, through its innovative treatment process of Raw Materials, “Drytech”, has been able to consider themselves the world reference point in the Heavy Clay Plant Design industry. The collaboration between Ceric and M&S has concentrated on the Binsa project in Mexico. The plant in discussion should produce roofing tiles and bricks and is responsible for the two parallel lines of grinding for the Raw materials, linked but at the same time independent and able to produce 30ton/hour in total. The system will enter in function by December 2006 and considers itself, without the shadow of a doubt, as an important reference point for quality and costs in the Central American market.

TECHNOLOGY MANFREDINI & SCHIANCHI TO THE SAN LORENZO GROUP IN PERÙ
|

|
Manfredini & Schianchi has recently inspected a preparation plant for "dry" materials in the ceramics production plant of Peru owned by the San Lorenzo Group (Etex Group) destined to produce single firing in red glazed paste (semi-grès).
The extremely high level of quality of production (low level of water absorption, high breaking load, surface free of any imperfections and with first class percentages of more than 93%) have allowed the client to launch ceramic tiles on the market that have been very much appreciated by clients.
The plant has been created entirely in the Brazilian location of M&S, Manfredini & Schianchi do Brasil Ltda, in the plant located in the state of Santa Catarina (Brazil). The process is fitted with hammer mill, type P.I.G., a Bowl mill MS-4/150, MS classifiers, Sprinkler- Dicer MS/38/KSTB-F with control and management of humidity and a homogenisation system on the press using rotating classifiers MS/1130. All laboratory tests have been carried out entirely in Italy, while the complete plant has been designed, assembled and inspected by Brazilian personnel.
Today, thanks to this new plant, the San Lorenzo Group produces a type of product that is above that of any competitor, so much so that in just a few months it has become number 1 in the Peruvian market and one of the best throughout South America.
