The net control instrument CR/88/MS is inserted after the screen and performs continuous analysis of the screened product.
In the case of altered particle size distribution caused by the breakage of the screen net,
particles of material larger than the screen net accumulate on the electronic detector (Proxi), activating an acoustic alarm and a warning light on the electric control panel.
Pressing the luminous button on the control panel activates the compressed air which cleans the electronic detector and deactivates the acoustic alarm.
The material which was on the detector is deposited in a container so it can be checked by the operator.
