Vibrating - extracting ducts are extraction and feeding devices for raw materials stored into silos or hoppers.
Oscillations wideness and frequency, managed by vibrators which are fixed to the ducts, are chosen among a range or records able to satisfy the mechanical needs of machines and of products to be processed.
Product forward - feed speed varies, according to variations of oscillations wideness and frequency, in this way it is possible to adapt different capacities to different needs.
According to the requirements, two kinds of faeeders can ba supplied:
- Supported feeder (on fixed springs).
- Suspended feeder (to steel cables and springs).
In both cases, assembly is extremaly easy. Their ruggedness and the used suspension system prevent the transfer of vibrations to the external structures, assuring the highest exercise safety, in the toughest services, too.
The material inside the duct proceedes with small jumps, without sliding, reducing consumption almost to none. ln case of particularly aggressive or abrasive products, convey ducts, can be made of stainless steel, or coated with consumption-proof steel plates.
MS vibrating extracting ducts, in the different sizes and types, are able to solve problems such as:
- Regular and controlled feeding of mills, crushers, sieves, belts, etc.
- Batching of loose products in different sizes.
- Extraction from big storage silos, by wide unloading mouths.
- Extraction of difficult materials (vibrations transferred to the prodUct by vibrating extracting ducts eliminate interruptions or uneveness of flow since the beginning).
- Extraction of high temperafure loose products.
- Extraction of particularly aggressive products.
