MAGNETIC SORTER

The magnetic sorters allow the uninterrupted and automatic separation of ferromagnetic inert materials: such as sands, feldspar and powders in general with a particle-size analysis no higher than 5 mm.
They are connected to the pipings for the vertical transportation of the product. The falling material rotates on the magnetic drum and it flows from the lower unloader, while the iron parts attracted by the magnetic field are unloaded behind.
The magnetic drum is constituted fundamentally by a fixed magnetic unit, with adjustable orientation, developed on an arc of 270° wrapped by a rotating thread equipped with strips.
