The problem relating to the use of particularly moist materials are frequently encountered in milling systems either in the ceramics of bricks sector. Excessive moisture can lead to the formation of encrustations, condensation or the like that create difficulties in the structure of the machine. Thanks to the MS Radiant Modules of the UNIRAD and MULTIRAD types, these problems have been definitively solved.
The MS Radiant Modules of the UNIRAD and MULTIRAD types are composed of a radiant tube, to be installed on the ceiling, that reaches its operating temperature thanks to the provision of one or several burners. These Modules are controlled by an electronic metering and adjusting system. The modular construction of these radiant systems make them particularly practical and versatile in the event of extensions or repositioing, without determining a reduction of their performance level.
The UNIRAD and MULTIRAD modules operate on a radiation basis. By installing them above a certain point of the machine, they will heat that point only: thus eliminating any heat loss to the surrounding environment.
The burner are fuelled by methane gas or LPG.
Their working life is unlimited and they are maintenaince-free
