The air conveying systems for Premixed Products MS are independent devices suitable to convey premixed materials for the building sector such as mortars and plasters stored inside silos towards a mixer in the application area.
The systems can work unmanly, assuring constant feeding at the mixer and diminishing the necessary labour to a minimum thanks to the electronic control board especially designed for these systems which interacts with a level indicator mounted on the cap of the mixer hopper. These systems are able to work in full autonomy and safety as they are equipped with a pre-calibrated exhaust valve.
This ensures a maximum threshold pressure that the systems can take, even in case of system transportation blockages.
Functioning
The dry premixed material extracted from the silo fills up the propeller. After the valve has been closed, the material is transferred by an air flow generated by a compressor towards the mixer.
The pressure switch that controls the internal pressure on the transport line immediately interrupts the transport cycle in case of obstruction. The safety valve protects the operators safety at all times.
