Conveyors belts perform the function of transporting bulk materials along big distance, and are suitable to convey all kinds of materials, even those very abrasive and wet. According to the position of the ring supporting rollers, the upper part may have different sections, which can be selected according to the material to convey.
The structure is made of a modular element body in shaped sheet with stiffening ribs, the supporting rollers are fixed on. The ring is generally made of synthetic cloths, coated by smooth rubber (Other types of rings can be mounted upon request).
The two extremities of the belt consist at heads where the ring stretching drums are mounted. On a head, generally the draft one, motor-driving is positioned; motor-driving is performed according to the needs - by a coaxial gear-motor and motion transmission made of a chain and pinion, or by motor on the head upper part and pendular reducer directly screwed on the drum holding shaft and by motion transmission made of pulleys and trapezoidal belts.
