The Granulator FORGIA MS38 has been designed especially to transform the ceramic composition that has been duly dry ground into homogeneous agglomerates for pressing. This phase further contributes to the mixture of the various components with different bulk density & physical-chemical features.
The Granulators FORGIA MS38 are equipped with a high pressure adjustable pump with adjustable nozzles, and thanks to the differentiated & controlled nebulisation, improves the homogenisation of the ceramic mixture with a 1% decrease in the final relative humidity in respect to the traditional wetting systems.
The total elimination of rejected clotty material, the absence of dry volatile particles and constant final humidity are just some of the most noticeable results gained from our Technology.
