Vibrating Circular Sieves MS/MTC-SL (essentially employed for screening viscous liquids) are mainly made up of one or two screens and a container which are stacked one on top of the other and subjected to a vibratory movement.

Materials are fed into the screen from the top part at the centre, or from an opening in the cover, in order to separate the components having a different grain size.

The fine or liquid part passes through the net while the larger or solid particles move from centre to the edge of the net, to flow out through the outlet.

By moving the motor vibrant shaft it is possible to adjust:

• Vibrating amplitude
• The spiral movement of the product along the screen
• Speed
• The time the product must run along the screen

These factors are of great importance to achieve a high production output and an accurate grading of the different components
