VIBRATING SCREENS

Vibrating Screens

The operating principle of MS high-efficiency Vibrating Screens sets new standards in industrial screening which means enhanced technical features.
The high frequency oscillating energy is generated by electromagnetic heads aligned on supporting bridges.

The energy supplied to each head is adjustable and variable.
The heads are mounted directly on the screening mesh in the most appropriate positions around the entire surface to provide different types of vibration that can be varied to suit the individual requirements of each material and the different types of separation required.
By tilting the screen and selecting the most appropriate mesh hole size, extremely accurate separation is achieved even when large quantities of material are being fed through.

Vibrating Sifters

For the purpose of obtaining different grain sizes, vibrating screens are available with one and two nets in the single screening sector version, and three in the double or triple screening sector versions.
This operating principle ensures that the machine is completely static and that the mesh frame and the structure are oscillation free.

An MS feeder can be installed when the material is not fed perpendicular to the screen feed port.

MS High effiicency Vibrating Screens are the result of years of experience in the ceramis, brick, foodstuffs and mining industries. They are suitable for classification and screening any kind of granule or powder, such as for istance:

- Clay
- Calcined Clay
- Sugar
- Common Salt or Sea Salt
- Milk Powder
- Calcium Carbonate
- Silica and Quartz Sand
- Gypsum
- Granulated Marble
- Refractory Materials
- Etc.

The MS high efficency Vibrating Screens for foodstuffs industry are entirely built in stailess steel.

VIBRATING SCREENS SELF-CLEANING SYSTEM

Vibrating Screens

All MS Vibrating Screens are available to order fitted out with our automatic brush system.

These brushes are mounted beneath the mesh frames to ensure continuous cleaning of the screening sector and consequently improve screening.

The brushes are driven by a dounle-acting penumatic cylinder with adjustable end stroke dampers. The cylinder is controller by an electro-pneumatic panel which has facility for adjusting the time the cylinder operates.

VIBRATING SCREENS AUTOMATIC OPENING SYSTEM

All MS Vibrating Screens are available to order with manual or electrical operated hydraulc unit which tilts the screen to provide easy access for maintenance and replacement of the mesh frames

VIBRATING SCREENS HEATER SYSTEM

VIBRATING SCREENS HEATER SYSTEM

The Vibrating Screen Heater System have been designed for sifting ceramic mixtures with a moisture content of up to 12% to extremely fine particle sizes at a considerable production rate (up to 18 tons/h with a 600-micron screen).

The Vibrating Screen Heater System prevents lumps forming on the mesh, consisting of a set of copper bars installed at the ends of the net and connected to power cables controlled by a transformer and relative control board.

This innovative system breaks new grounds in the field of industrial screening since it solves conventional problems caused by the moisture content of the raw material processed, which impair the efficiency of the screening machine.
Manfredini & Schianchi has been building industrial screens since 1970 and is still a reference point in this sector, thanks to the innovative content of all machines with the M&S trademark.
